The Convert Muslim Foundation sponsors and judges the Beacon Mosque Award for Best Convert Support Service for the third year
This year’s nominations showcased incredible initiatives that are making a heartfelt impact in supporting converts to Islam in their communities. Each one of them is doing remarkable work, but we had to choose
a winner, and the Olton Project stood out for its unwavering commitment to fostering a welcoming and nurturing environment.
The Olton Project is truly a community enlightened by the prophetic tradition, enveloped in spirituality, engaged in quality education, and anchored in serving others.
One testimony from a recipient of their support beautifully captures the essence of this initiative:
“There is such a relaxed atmosphere, open to questions and no pressure. I felt so at home and at peace at TOP; I made the decision to take my Shahada there. My only regret is I did not do it sooner in life. The support is ongoing via monthly Re-View groups and also on a regular basis when required.”
